Give us your own estimates and we will show you which of our current homes fit, and what a move-in would cost. Nothing here is checked or scored. These are measured against the standards on our rental requirements page. Answer honestly — a no does not rule you out, and nothing here is a decision. Full screening still happens when you apply. There is no penalty for saying you are not sure, or for skipping a question.

Do you have a housing choice voucher (Section 8)? About what do you make a month, before taxes? (everyone who will be on the lease, combined) Roughly what is your credit score? (a guess is fine — we do not check it here) About how much do you owe in collections? (skip medical and student loans — we do not count those) How many collection accounts is that? Any eviction judgment in the past five years? Do you owe a balance to a previous landlord? Can you provide a rental reference from a previous landlord?
