southrent.com is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are stating this plainly rather than claiming a level of conformance we have not verified on every page.

Some websites install a widget that claims to make a site accessible automatically. We deliberately do not. People who rely on screen readers have consistently reported that these widgets interfere with the assistive technology they already use. We would rather fix the underlying site.

Assistance animals, including emotional support animals, are approved as a reasonable accommodation at every Southern Housing property regardless of that property's pet policy, and are never charged a pet fee or pet deposit.
